R. MICHAEL (MIKE) HARRINGTON

Resort Realty CEO

Mike is charged with the overall growth and development of every Resort Realty division. Mike holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University as well as an MBA with a concentration in Development and Environmental Planning.

Having spent time working for a large North Carolina County Planning Department has allowed Mike to have a unique understanding of what it takes to take a project from concept to reality. Mike worked on the public side of many large developments in the inland areas of North Carolina before moving permanently to the Outer Banks to concentrate on the Sales and Marketing of coastal real estate.

RANDY JONES

Randy Jones is Resort Realty’s 2009 Agent of the Year and a consistent high-ranking top producer in Outer Banks Real Estate.  Jones graduated from UNC-Wilmington and Wake Forest School of Law.  This background along with over 7 years of real estate law and over 10 years of selling real estate gives Jones’ clients an unmatched advantage in real estate negotiations on the Outer Banks.   Jones has represented major real estate developers, which led to his switch to brokering deals for hundreds of clients in the purchase and sale of Outer Banks properties. 

He is known for his extensive, comprehensive action plan to provide excellent marketing, analysis, sales service and client communication. Jones believes in continuous education and has received one-on-one coaching from one of the Nation’s leading real estate trainers throughout his career.
